BOUDOIR SESSION SELECTION

USE OF OTHER CAMERAS
Please note that the use of cameras other than the photographer's is prohibited during your session. Behind-the-scenes pics and other fun shots for social media are more than welcome and encouraged - just be sure to tag us! *

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 2 week notice is required for all date changes. Cancellations made LESS THAN 2 weeks from the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of 50% of your session fee. Cancellations made LESS THAN 48 hours from the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of your full session fee.Your shoot will then be scheduled for the next available slot once your additional session fee has been received. *

INITIAL IMAGE SELECTION
Approximately 1-2 weeks after your shoot, you will receive a link to view an online gallery of images from the session. This gallery will be active for 7 days and you will be asked to select images as "favorites" that will be edited by Morgan and Sue.
IMAGE PREMIER + ORDERING SESSION
Approximately 2-3 weeks after you have selected your favorites to be edited, an Image Premier + Ordering Session may be held at the studio.
Prints and products sold to all New York State clients will have an 8% sales tax added at the time of purchase. Payment may be made with cash, check, PayPal or credit card. There is a $25 fee for any returned check. Flexible payment plans are available.
All print and product orders are placed once final payment is received and will be ready for you in approximately 4-6 weeks. There are no refunds on any digital product once downloaded.
Ordered images are archived for one year while unordered images are purged six weeks after your Image Premier + Ordering Session.
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Morgan and Sue do, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and want you to be more than happy with your heirloom images. *

IMAGE COPYRIGHT
I understand that all images taken by MS. Studio are protected by copyright law and that it is illegal to scan, copy, print or reproduce them in any way without permission from MS. Studio. *

MODEL RELEASE
Morgan, Sue, and our team of hair and makeup artists would love to include their favorite images from your session in their portfolio.
By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant them permission to use images from this session on their websites, marketing materials, and social media sites. Your images will never be sold or used for other purposes without your approval. *

RESERVING YOUR SESSION DATE
Your session fee may be paid via check, PayPal or credit card. In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received within seven days of submitting this agreement.
