We're thrilled you've decided to work with Morgan Dawson Photography!

In order to book your shoot and reserve your slot for the Class of 2020, you'll need to complete the following form. Once completed, Morgan will contact you in order to make payment arrangements for your session fee, if applicable.

RESCHEDULING + INCLEMENT WEATHER
A 2 week notice is required for all date changes. Your session would then be rescheduled for the next available time slot.

Cancellations made LESS THAN 2 weeks from the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of 50% of your session fee. Your shoot will then be scheduled for the next available slot once your additional session fee has been received.

In the event that the weather doesn't look agreeable on the session day, your photographer will contact you to discuss the options. Overly warm, cold, cloudy or windy days are generally NOT grounds for rescheduling. If the forecast shows that more than half of the shooting time frame is expected to be rainy, we will likely reschedule. Every situation is different and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. *

IMAGE SELECTION

Shortly after the shoot your images will be uploaded to a password-protected online gallery for your initial viewing and review. These will be unedited PROOFS only. You will have 7 days to select your "favorites" that you would like edited and included in your final gallery.

If you are not able to select your favorites before the gallery expires, Morgan and her team will narrow down the images for you.

Your selected favorites will then be edited in order to create your final senior gallery. *

Prints and products sold to all New York State clients will have an 8% sales tax added at the time of purchase. Payment may be made with cash, check, PayPal or credit card. There is a $25 fee for any returned check. Flexible payment plans are available.

All orders are placed once final payment is received and will be ready for you in approximately 4-6 weeks.

Digital files will be available for immediate download upon final payment.

Ordered images are archived while unordered images are purged six months after your senior session.

Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Morgan does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than happy with your heirloom images. *
