Winter Photo Sessions: The True Silver Lining

It's easy to understand why people might think that the winter months are a bad time for a photo session. The sky is usually overcast, the ground is snowy or muddy, and the low temps require boots, jackets, gloves and hats.

Well, I'm here to show you that winter is actually an ideal time for a photo session.

Just take a look at this December session with Chloë and Bennett. We started inside by a warm fire, and then donned our boots, jackets, hats and gloves for a few minutes outside. I do have some hints and tips for Winter shoots, and I'll share those with you on this blog soon.

For now, if you'd like to see even more pics from this session, you'll find an album on the MDP Facebook page. I'd love to hear what you think!
